Luella M. Kohrman

Luella M. Kohrman, 83, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, September 27, 2012 at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital. Born January 10, 1929 in Ripley Co., Indiana, she was the daughter of August and Leona (Redelman) Klosterkemper. She was a former employee of the Garrett Garment Co. in Greensburg. She also had cleaned homes for many Greensburg residents. She enjoyed playing euchre with her family and friends. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Greensburg Senior Citizens. She was married to Clements Kohrman on June 4, 1947 and he preceded her in death on July 31, 2001. She is survived by four daughters, Patricia (Jim) Harmeyer, Greensburg, Donna (Calvin "Butch") Mann, Greensburg, Barbara (Jerry) Scott, West Melbourne, Fl., Nancy (Denny) Siefert, Batesville; two brothers, Harold (Helen) Klosterkemper, Greensburg, Earl (Carolyn) Klosterkemper, Greensburg; eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; one brother, Raymond Klosterkemper; one sister, Alverta Green. Visitation will be from 1-5:00 p.m. Sunday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. A rosary service for family and friends will be held on Sunday at 12:30 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 1, 2012 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greensburg with Msgr. Harold Knueven officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or to the American Cancer Society.
