Elizabeth A. "Betty" Wilson, 99, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Sunday, March 4, 2012 at her residence in Greensburg. Born October 25, 1912 in Batesville, Indiana, she was the daughter of Charles and Mary (Caster) Kress. She worked for many years at the YMCA. She also had worked at many restaurants in Greensburg. She was a member of the Bethel Apostolic Church where she had taught Sunday School for over 50 years. She was a member of the Greensburg Senior Citizens. She was married to Elmer J. Wilson on June 26, 1937 and he preceded her in death on September 24, 2002. She is survived by three sons, Nolan (Carolyn) Wilson, Greensburg, Steve Wilson, Shelbyville, Glen (Linda) Wilson, Greenwood; two brothers, Ray Kress, Mt. Healthy, OH, Conrad Kress, New York; one sister-in-law, Jo Ann Kress, Greensburg; grandchildren, Melinda Daniels, Cheryl Abrams, Vicki (Jim) Heck, Elaine (Don) Payton, Deena Wilson, LaManda (Jay) Dorval, Keith Wilson, Ryan (Kendra) Wilson, Rachel (Carl) Zirk, Jeff (Holly) Wilson, Darren Wilson, Deborah (Lou) Wambsganss; 23 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband; three brothers, Loyd Kress, Carol Kress, Jim Kress; sisters, Mabel Ellison, Margaret Owens; Daughter-in-laws, Beverly Wilson, Jane Wilson; granddaughter, Mary Beth Wilson. Visitation will be from 3-7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Bethel Apostolic Church, 630 W. Hendricks St., Greensburg. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at the church with Rev. Glenn Seaman officiating. Interment will be held in the South Park Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Bethel Apostolic Church.
