Dale E. Krieger

Dale E. Krieger, 57, of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2013 at his residence in Greensburg. He was born in Greensburg, In on December 16, 1955, the son of John F. and Lorina E. (Schoettmer) Krieger. He graduated from Greensburg High School in 1975. He was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church. He was a veteran of the Marine Corps. Dale was a former employee of Wood-Mizer and Nobbe Seeds. He is survived by his mother, Lorina Krieger, Greensburg; one son, John E. (Chantil Jones) Krieger; two brothers, Ronald (Sharon) Krieger, Greensburg, David (Cindy) Krieger, Scipio; one grandson, Jace Krieger; two nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, John F. Krieger; one brother, Michael J. Krieger. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 22, 2013 at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. A rosary for family and friends will be prayed at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 23, 2013 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greensburg with Rev. John Meyer officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the St. Mary's Church Building Fund or St. Mary's School Fund.
