Brandon D. Hempstead, 18, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, September 5, 2013 at the Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
Born September 18, 1994 in Greensburg, Indiana, he was the son of Treasa Hempstead.
He graduated from Greensburg High School in 2013. He had been working for Fiesta Rides in Corydon, Indiana.
He is survived by his mother, Treasa and friend Jennifer Siefert, Greensburg; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Norbert Wilmer, Greensburg; one sister, Allison Hempstead, Greensburg; Aunts and Uncles, Gary Hempstead, Greensburg, David and Nancy Payne, Ohio, Troy Blythe, Paoli, Jerry Dale Blythe, Paoli, Mike Hempstead, Greensburg, Mary Ann and Bill Fox, Columbus, Margaret Sherman, Greensburg, Tracy Hempstead, Greensburg; Great Aunts and Uncles, Kenny and Sally Koors, Greensburg, Janet Cook, Greensburg, Bill Schoentrup, Alabama; several cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Harry Hempstead; one Aunt, Debbie Hempstead.
Visitation will be from 4-8:00 p.m. Monday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greensburg with Rev. John Meyer officiating.
Interment will be held in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
