Curtis L. Martin

Curtis L. "Bud" Martin, 75, Greensburg, passed away on Friday, November 22, 2013 at the Columbus Regional Hospital in Columbus. Born, March 7, 1938 in Decatur County, Indiana, he was the son of Ira F. and Ercil M. (Ray) Martin. Curtis was retired from American Manufacturing in Greensburg. He enjoyed watching stock car racing. He was married to Judith A. Schene on November 17, 1956 and she preceded him in death on December 22, 2002. He is survived by two sons, John F. (Denise) Martin, Greensburg, David W. (Lisa) Martin, Connersville; one daughter, Brenda K. (Bob) Treon; seven grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife; one son, Michael C. Martin; two brothers, Roland Martin, Robert E. Martin, Jr.; four sisters, Helen Martin, Marie Shafer, Dorothy L. Land, Mary Katherine Martin; one grandchild, Amber Martin. Visitation will be from 4-7:00 p.m. Monday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at the funeral home with Pastor Jon Porter officiating. Interment will be held in the Rossburg Cemetery in New Point, Indiana. Memorials may be made to the Meals on Wheels in Greensburg.
