Jennifer Nibarger

Jennifer (Kinker) Nibarger, 47, a resident of Henderson, Nevada, passed away Nov. 19, 2013, from complications due to the injuries sustained from a boating accident on Sept. 21. She was born Jan. 13, 1966 to Tom and Judy Kinker, in Enochsburg, IN. Jennifer was a 1984 graduate of Batesville High School and received her BSN in Nursing from the College of Mount St. Joseph. She worked as an RN at Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati right out of College, then for United Healthcare for a number of years. From June 2001- Sept. 2009 she worked for Medtronic and was employed at Masimo Corporation as a Territory Manager before she passed. She was a very active volunteer with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and enjoyed spending time with her nieces and nephews during her free time. She also enjoyed entertaining and decorating for special events. In addition to her parents she is survived by her husband Brent Nibarger, of Henderson, three step sons; Ryan, Brandon, and Aaron, and one step granddaughter; Emma. She is also survived by brothers Gus (Nancy) and Dan (Becky) Kinker, Greensburg, and sisters; Sharon (Joe) Witulski, Ft. Wayne, and Kerri (Jason) Meyer, Batesville. Jennifer was preceded in death by grandparents Ben and Ellie Krekeler and Ed and Margaret Kinker. A mass of Christian burial will begin at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Enochsburg. Immediately following will be lunch and visitation with family at St. John’s Hall in Enochsburg. Interment will be at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to JDRF through Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in honor of Jennifer Nibarger. Jennifer was loved dearly and will truly be missed.
