Ellen C. Stuart

Ellen C. Stuart, 72, Greensburg, Indiana, passed away on Tuesday, December 10, 2013 at the IU North Hospital in Carmel. Born July 3, 1941 in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, she was the daughter of Charles Henry Vires, Sr. and Rebecca Jane (Gabbard) Ames. She worked for several years at the TGY in Greensburg and had also worked at the Wal Mart in Greensburg. She was married to Jack L. Stuart on November 19, 1961 and he survives. She is also survived by two sons, Whitney (Anna) Stuart, Columbus, OH, Grant Stuart, Carmel; two daughters, Lisa Keith, Noblesville, Kristina Wildey, Greensburg; one sister, Frances Bower, Carmel; seven grandchildren, Madeleine Nicole Stuart, Emily Elizabeth Stuart, Haley Nicole Keith, Hannah Noel Keith, Hollyn McKenzie Keith, Adrienna Elaine Stuart, Cameron James Stuart; one baby Stuart grandchild on the way. She was preceded in death by her parents; two brothers, James Vires, Charles Vires, Jr.; one sister, Wanda Vires. Visitation will be from 1-5:00 p.m. Sunday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 16, 2013 at the funeral home with Rev. Jeff Bower officiating. Interment will be held in the South Park Cemetery in Greensburg.
