Thelma G. "Gertie" Warren

Thelma G. “Gertie” Warren, 74, passed away on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at Kindred Hospital South in Greenwood, IN.  Born on August 11, 1939 in Greensburg, Thelma was the daughter of Arno and Laura (Phillips) Warren.  Thelma worked for several years at Randal’s and was a cook at Dairy Point in Greensburg.  Survivors include; her life partner, Jerry Kiefer, Greensburg, 2 daughters; Jenny Warren, Shelbyville, Cathy McDaniel, Greensburg, 1 son; David (Linda) Hall, Greensburg, 2 granddaughters; Susie Brett and Kendra McDaniel both of Greensburg, 3 grandsons; Zachary McDaniel, Daniel Hall, and Billy Lewis all of Greensburg, 2 great grandsons; Seth and Hunter Brett, 1 great granddaughter; Bryleigh Brett, and 1 brother; Arno (Christine) Warren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and granddaughter; Holly Warren.  Visitation will be held at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home on Monday, April 28, 2014 from 4-7:00 p.m.  Funeral Services will be held at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg on Tuesday, April 29, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. with Rev. John Mattern officiating.  Interment will follow at South Park Cemetery.
