Roselyn C. Hoeing, 83, Sandusky, Indiana, passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2015 at the Aspen Place Health Campus in Greensburg.
Born August 5, 1931 in Enochsburg, Indiana, she was the daughter of William F. and Rose (Ricke) Raver.
She worked as a cook for 30 years at North Decatur Elementary School Cafeteria. She was a member of the St. Mary's Catholic Church and the Daughters of Isabella.
She was married to Maurice D. Hoeing on September 14, 1957 in Enochsburg and he survives.
She is also survived by two sons, Ron Hoeing, Columbus, Wayne (Lori) Hoeing, Carmel; two daughters, Barb (Rick) Bullard, St. Paul, Nancy (William) Fogg, Greensburg; one brother, Hubert Raver, Enochsburg; one sister, Dorothy (Steve) Scheidler, Indianapolis; 8 grandchildren, Mandy (Jeremy) Grant, Kirk Bullard, Sarah Hoeing, Anna Hoeing, Ben Hoeing, Aaron Fogg, Maria Fogg, Christina Fogg; one great grandchild, Carson Grant and one great grandchild on the way.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one son, Dale Hoeing; one sister, Esther Wallpe.
Visitation will be from 1 to 5:00 p.m. Sunday at the Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home in Greensburg. A public rosary service will be held on Sunday at 12:30 p.m.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, June 29, 2015 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Greensburg with Rev. John Geis officiating.
Interment will be held in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the St. Mary's Church Building Fund or to the North Decatur Elementary School Cafeteria.
