Dorothy I. Wessel

Dorothy I. Wessel, 88, passed away on Saturday, May 1, 2010 at the Morning Breeze in Greensburg. Born, March 3, 1922 in Ripley Co., Indiana, she was the daughter of William and Rose (Riehle) Schneider. She was married to Norman H. Wessel on July 10, 1946 and he preceded her in death on October 10, 1991. She is survived by one brother, Wilfred Schneider, Oldenburg; one sister, Clarissa Krist, Cincinnati; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister, Delores Redelman. A funeral mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 4, 2010 at the St. Mary's Catholic Church with Father Lucas officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery following the mass. There will be no public visitation. Memorials may be made to the St. Mary's School Fund or to the St. Mary's Catholic Church.
