Robert “Archie” Keihn, 72, passed away on Friday, February 14, 2014 at his residence in Greensburg. Archie was born on April 9, 1941 in Greensburg to George and Florine (Cruser) Keihn. Archie joined the Army and served from 1958 to 1961 during the Korean Conflict, where he was a member of the 101st Airborne. He was a member of the Sandcreek Baptist Church in Greensburg. Archie retired from Delta Faucet in 2004 after working as a supervisor for 35 years. He married Kimberly Hamer on May 17, 1980 and she survives. He is also survived by 2 daughters; Amy Keihn, New Point, IN, and Kari Keihn, Greensburg, 5 grandchildren; Kera Huegel, Kyle Keihn, Jaxon Keihn, Josie Gill, and Wyatt Cook, 1 great grandson; Cameron Keihn, several nieces and nephews, and brother and sister in law; Mark (Angie) Hamer. He was preceded in death by his parents, sister; Betty Vinson, son; Danny Wayne Keihn, and granddaughter; Kaley Keihn. Visitation will be held at Porter-Oliger-Pearson Funeral Home on Thursday, February 20, 2014 from 2-6:00 p.m. with a memorial service following at 6:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the funeral home to help the family with funeral expenses.
